2022 Highlights

The FMA Emerging Professionals (EP) Committee had the opportunity to host the Plenary II Session at the FMA 2022 Conference in Sacramento, CA on September 7, 2022. A few members of our EP Committee prepared a presentation and participated in a live Q&A panel discussion in support of the conference theme: Fostering Resilience through Integration, Innovation, and Inclusion. The session was attended by 300-450 conference attendees and held in the Sacramento Convention Center. The Emerging Professionals presented on how to support the next generation and build a more resilient workforce, focusing on internal organizational practices and framework. The session was centered around three topics: Fostering Connections, Supporting a Healthy Work/Life Balance, and Embracing Change.
